AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF JASPER COUNTY, MISSISSIPPI, THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE CITY OF BAY SPRINGS, MISSISSIPPI, AND THE GOVERNING AUTHORITIES OF THE TOWN OF HEIDELBERG, MISSISSIPPI, TO CONTRIBUTE FUNDS TO THE VETERANS MEMORIAL MUSEUM, INCORPORATED; AND FOR RELATED PURPOSES.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MISSISSIPPI:

SECTION 1. The Board of Supervisors of Jasper County, Mississippi, in its discretion, is authorized to contribute funds, from any available funds, up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per calendar year, to the Veterans Memorial Museum, Incorporated.

SECTION 2. The governing authorities of the City of Bay Springs, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to contribute funds, from any available funds, up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per calendar year, to the Veterans Memorial Museum, Incorporated.

SECTION 3. The governing authorities of the Town of Heidelberg, Mississippi, in their discretion, are authorized to contribute funds, from any available funds, up to a maximum amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per calendar year, to the Veterans Memorial Museum, Incorporated.

SECTION 4. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and shall be repealed from and after July 1, 2004.
